WHY EVO MINI

Grocery basil arrives tired. Yours won't.

A bundle of store-bought basil is typically 4 to 9 days old by the time it reaches your hand. By day 11, most of it is gone — wilted, slimy, or composted. You pay $4 a clamshell and use maybe a third.

Evo Mini changes the equation. You snip what you need, when you need it. The plant keeps growing. The flavor is the flavor chefs chase — peppery, bright, alive — because it's minutes from the stem, not weeks from the truck.

The unit is counter-sized. The lights are programmed. The pump is silent. You'll forget it's working.

SELF-CIRCULATING PUMP

Silent, automatic circulation.

The built-in pump runs in 30-minute cycles to oxygenate the water and deliver nutrients directly to plant roots. Quiet enough to leave on in a small kitchen or apartment.

FULL-SPECTRUM LED · 16/8 CYCLE

A light that runs itself.

The 24W LED panel delivers exactly the wavelengths plants need — red, blue, infrared, and warm white. Set the timer once and walk away. The height-adjustable arm moves with your plants as they grow.

4.2-LITER TANK · LOW-WATER ALARM

A reservoir that lasts weeks.

Fill the tank once and it lasts 15 to 30 days depending on what you're growing. When the water dips too low, a built-in alarm reminds you to top off.

NO SOIL · NO SUNLIGHT · NO EXPERIENCE

Grows anywhere there's an outlet.

Because the LED replaces sunlight and the water replaces soil, Evo Mini works in any room — a windowless kitchen, a corner of a studio apartment, a basement office. If there's an outlet nearby, it grows.

FROM UNBOXING TO FIRST HARVEST

Under four weeks. Most of that is waiting.

01

Unbox & place

5 minutes

The unit ships pre-assembled. Place it on a clean counter near an outlet. Slide the LED arm into the base of the grow deck.

Pro tip Do this near the counter it will live on — easier to move empty.
02

Fill the reservoir

3 minutes

Pour room-temperature water into the 4.2-liter tank. Add one cap of Nutrient A and one cap of Nutrient B from the included bottles.

Pro tip Room-temperature water only. Cold water slows early germination.
03

Plant your seeds

10 minutes

Place a few seeds into each grow sponge, then slide the sponges into the 12 grow baskets. Cover with the clear domes for germination.

Pro tip Mix fast-growing herbs (basil, cilantro, lettuce) with slower ones (tomato, pepper) so you're always harvesting.
04

Set the timer

1 minute

Press the light-cycle button once to start the 16-hour-on / 8-hour-off program. The pump runs automatically on its own 30-minute cycle.

Pro tip 6am on, 10pm off works for most kitchens.
05

Watch them grow

3 to 7 days to sprout

Remove the domes once seedlings touch the top. Top up water when the low-water alarm sounds.

Pro tip Take a weekly photo from the same angle — the progression is surprising.
06

Harvest

Starting around week 3

Snip herbs and greens as needed. The plant keeps producing for months.

Pro tip Harvest from the outside leaves inward — the plant keeps generating from the center.

EARLY GROWERS

What the first kitchens to run Evo Mini are saying.

Haven't bought lettuce in three months.

I was skeptical. I've killed every plant I've ever owned. But this runs itself. I top up water once a week and harvest lettuce and basil every other day.

Jamie C., OR

My kids ask to check it every morning.

My eight-year-old checks on the plants before school. It's beautiful, and it's changed how we eat.

Maria R., TX

Every dinner guest asks what it is.

I live in a small apartment with no outdoor space. It sits on my kitchen counter and looks like an object, not an appliance.

Rachel L., NY

I finally have a green thumb.

I'm not a gardener. Three weeks after setup I was cutting fresh herbs for dinner. The pump is quieter than my fridge.

Tom W., TN

THE METHOD

Why hydroponics grows faster.

Plants in soil spend most of their energy searching for nutrients. In a hydroponic system, nutrients are delivered directly to the roots through circulating water — so the plant spends its energy on leaves, flavor, and yield instead.

  • Uses 90% less water than soil.

A closed-loop reservoir recirculates water; nothing evaporates or drains away.

  • Delivers 50% more oxygen to roots.

The self-circulating pump keeps water moving, oxygenating roots continuously.

  • Grows 5× faster than soil.

Plants hit harvest size in about a third of the time outdoor gardens take.

QUESTIONS

Everything before you buy.

I've killed every plant I've ever owned. Will this work for me?

Yes. The Evo Mini runs on an automated timer and a self-circulating pump — it doesn't rely on you remembering to water.

Does it come with seeds?

No. You supply your own seeds. Standard seeds from any nursery or online supplier work with the included grow sponges.

How much space does it take?

About 1 square foot of counter — roughly the footprint of a large toaster.

Is it noisy?

No. The pump cycles 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off. Most users don't notice it from across the room.

How often do I refill the water?

The 4.2-liter tank lasts 15 to 30 days depending on plant size. A built-in alarm tells you when it's time.

How much does it cost to run?

Around $4 to $6 a month in electricity.

What if I go on vacation?

The reservoir holds enough for up to 30 days. For a weeklong trip, just fill before you leave.

What plants won't grow well in it?

Anything taller than about 12 inches — full-size tomatoes, corn, or indoor fruit trees will outgrow the light arm.

What if it doesn't work for me?

100-day return. Free return shipping. Full refund.

Plant tonight. Harvest by the weekend after next.
