Refund & Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of this health-related product, all sales are final unless your item arrives defective.

Returns:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as changed mind, wrong variation, or misuse. Opened packages are not eligible for return under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photo or video evidence for verification. If confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction or failed use.

Refunds & Store Credit:
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in rare cases. If approved, a 35% restocking and handling fee will apply. Most approved cases will be issued store credit.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Contact support within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original sealed packaging.

  • Proof of damage required.

  • Tracking must confirm delivery.

    Order Cancellation Policy
    To ensure rapid fulfillment for all customers, we allow cancellations only if the order has not yet shipped.

    Orders Eligible for Cancellation:
    You may request a cancellation only if your order has not yet shipped and no tracking number has been issued. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.

    Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation:

    • If your order has already shipped or is in transit

    • If your order has a tracking number

    • If you request a cancellation due to shipping speed or perceived urgency

    Once the product ships, our Refund & Return Policy applies.

    We fulfill orders quickly. Many orders cannot be canceled once placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
